Pelvic Release Work
When your pelvis is out of alignment, your legs will have different lengths. How normal is that! So, instead of getting orthotics that maintain the misalignment, how about getting your pelvis re-aligned and giving your entire body the chance to reposition itself and perform more optimally.
The pelvis represents our centre of gravity and as such, everything in our body is either off or balanced depending on the position of our pelvis. Get it released and watch how the rest of your body re-aligns to its proper position.
The pain of menstruation, ovulation, endometriosis, can all be reduced by increasing the range of movement our organs are able to achieve inside our pelvic cavity. Each organ actually “swings” on it's own axis and when this motion is inhibited, the result is often pain & cramping because the organic is unable to move into proper position. Pelvic release work on the abdomen and uterus reduces the tension of the muscles and ligaments that attach to the pelvis. This then allows the uterus to move into it's draining position without restrictions and the blood can flow without causing cramping, pain or lengthy periods.
This technique was nothing short of miraculous for myself and many others. No more cramping(requiring medication), only 2 days of bleeding now (not 7), and a clock work cycle of 28 days(not 26-35).
